Additionally, we produce steel molds and technical drawings<\/a> and perform bathroom demolition and construction work<\/a>. How to get started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Write or call us and describe what you need. For most jobs, measurements and a few photos are enough to start. We will go over which solution fits and send a quote. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The required information depends on the nature of the work. For diamond work, the material and construction thickness, opening dimensions, or cut length are helpful. For concrete floors, we need the surface area in square meters, information about the building or room, and the casting thickness. For concrete elements and modules, it is best to send a drawing or the required dimensions. If there is no drawing, a photo with measurements is often sufficient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If necessary, we will come to inspect the site. For larger projects, we will agree beforehand on what falls under our responsibility and what the client provides: site access, electricity and water, and material storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you also work for private individuals?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yes, and small orders are very welcome too. Diamond work, floor casting, modules, and bathrooms work the same way in a production building as in a private house or apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you take on jobs further away?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We work throughout Estonia. Please include the location of the site in your inquiry so that travel costs can be included in the quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can sawing also be used for demolition?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yes. A diamond saw is used to cut reinforced concrete into sections, which is a low-dust and low-noise way to remove wall or ceiling sections. For bathrooms, we perform demolition and new construction as a single project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much does the work cost?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The smallest diamond job, the call-out, is \u20ac130. It covers travel within roughly 50 km and one opening, a single 102 mm ventilation opening within Harju County for example; when the openings are small it takes in up to three. For a site further away, travel kilometres are added. Beyond that the price depends on the material, dimensions, and access, so we prepare a separate quote for each job.
