Concrete modules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A module is a complete concrete component delivered to the site in one piece and installed. Unlike a single element, a module is a ready-made solution rather than a construction component: dimensions are determined by what goes on or inside the module. Size and weight depend on the job: smaller modules serve as equipment bases, while the largest weigh up to 35 tons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A typical example is an air source heat pump base. The pump requires a load-bearing, weatherproof, and stable base, the dimensions of which are determined by the device and the installation site. A concrete module solves this with a single component that does not sink or move. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which concrete modules and components we make<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Modules and concrete components are the part we make to the customer’s dimensions. That covers slabs, step slabs and yard slabs among them, housings and bases for equipment and chargers, air-source heat pump bases, and other modules whose dimensions come from the installation site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concrete elements are project-based: the design comes first, the elements are made to it, and they are then assembled on site. Elements are not made on the fly or after the fact. In smaller volumes some parts are often better solved with a concrete module, which arrives on site in one piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Send a drawing or dimensions and quantity. If there is no drawing, a description and photos of the installation site are sufficient to start. We will review it and send a quote along with the delivery time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mold must be agreed upon before production. For larger series, having your own mold<\/a> pays off, and we can manufacture that as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the price is determined<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The price is determined by the dimensions and weight of the element, the amount of reinforcement, the surface finish, the quantity ordered, and the delivery location. A one-off custom order costs more per unit than a series because the cost of the mold and the setup falls on a single component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weight is particularly important as it determines the type of transport used to deliver the element to the site. When requesting a quote, please tell us whether a crane or other lifting equipment is available on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
