The quoting process begins with you writing or calling to describe your project. For most inquiries, dimensions and a few photos are sufficient for us to provide a price. We respond on business days.

What to include in your inquiry
You will receive a faster response if your message includes the location of the site, a description of the work, dimensions, and the timeframe for completion. For diamond work, it helps to know the material and the thickness of the structure. For floors, the surface area and the intended use of the building are sufficient.
Information to provide for each type of work
Diamond drilling and sawing
The material: concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, or natural stone. The thickness of the structure, the diameter of the opening or the length and depth of the cut, the number of openings, and whether the drilling is in a wall, ceiling, or floor. Please also let us know if the room is already finished, as water and dust management must then be taken into account.
Concrete floors
The surface area in square meters, the use of the building (e.g., production, warehouse, garage, or residential floor), whether the substrate is in place or needs preparation, and whether the floor must support machinery or vehicles.
Concrete elements and modules
A drawing, if available; otherwise, dimensions and a description of the part. Additionally, the number of parts and the location where they will be installed.
Steel molds
A drawing or dimensions of the concrete part and how many times the mold will be used. A one-off mold and a series-production mold are built differently, which changes both the price and the lead time.
Bathrooms
Room dimensions, current condition, and the extent of demolition required. A few photos say more than a description here.
When to call and when to write
Calling is suitable if you want a quick answer to whether a specific job is within our scope. Writing is better when sending dimensions, drawings, or photos, as everything is documented, allowing us to prepare a quote without further clarification.
What follows the inquiry and when the quote will arrive
We will review your message and respond with either a quote or a clarifying question. If the work cannot be assessed from photos, we will arrange a site visit. The quote will specify the scope of work, the price, and the client’s responsibilities, such as access, electricity, and water.
Where we work
Our projects are located across Estonia. Diamond work and smaller floor projects can often be completed in a single visit, while larger floor, element, and bathroom projects are scheduled separately. If the site is further away, please state the location in your initial message. This allows us to tell you when we can arrive and whether the work can be done in one trip.
For invoices and procurement forms
The company details for invoices or contracts are provided above. We are VAT registered, so VAT is listed as a separate line on invoices. If you require a quote on an official letterhead or in a specific format for a tender, please mention this in your inquiry, and we will send it in the appropriate form.
