Services

Concrete works and diamond work from a single team. M-Betoonelement OÜ performs diamond drilling and diamond sawing, casts and reinforces concrete floors, sells concrete elements and manufactures concrete modules, designs and produces steel molds, and builds bathrooms. We work across Estonia. There is a fuller description of each service on its own page.

Most jobs start with a single question: can it be done without breaking the rest? With diamond work, the answer is usually yes: the drill and the saw cut concrete without impact or vibration. For floors and elements, it depends more on preparation and dimensions, so it is worth asking about those up front.

Diamond drilling and diamond sawing

Openings and cuts in concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, and natural stone without impact or vibration. Ventilation and pipe openings, door and window openings, milling, and demolition. The smallest job, the call-out, is €130, which covers travel within roughly 50 km; for a site further away travel kilometres are added. VAT is added to the price.

How these concrete works come together

Four of the five services approach the same material from different ends. With diamond work we remove part of the concrete, with floor casting and modules we add to it, and with steel molds we make the form in which the concrete component takes shape. That is why a single site often requires several jobs at once: a wall opening and a new floor section simultaneously, or a new module and a mold for it.

Bathroom construction is slightly separate from the rest. Even there, the work usually begins with cutting and drilling concrete, so it is the same work we do elsewhere, just taken through to the end with plumbing, waterproofing, and tiling.

Where and for whom we work

Projects are located across Estonia. Our clients include construction companies, owners of production and warehouse buildings, apartment associations, and private individuals. A large share of the jobs are small and quick, a single opening or a few meters of cutting, and we take these on just as we do longer floor and element jobs.

For more distant sites, it is worth including the location in your inquiry. This allows us to account for travel and determine if the work can be completed in a single visit.

Requesting a quote

An email is enough to request a quote. State the location of the site, what needs to be done, and when the work should be completed. For diamond services, include the material, thickness of the structure, and the dimensions of the opening or length of the cut. For floors, include the surface area and the intended use of the building. For elements and modules, include a drawing or dimensions. A photo taken with a phone is often more useful than a long explanation.
