Completed projects by service. If you would like to know more about a specific project or require a similar solution, please write to us and we can discuss the details.

The photos are from our own project sites. This list is not exhaustive, as some work simply goes unphotographed, and in the case of diamond work, the end result is often something that is not practical to photograph. If you are looking for something not listed here, please ask anyway. A large share of inquiries concern work we have done before in a similar form.

Diamond drilling and diamond sawing

The result of diamond work is usually a clean opening or a straight cut that goes unnoticed later. The drilling photos show a recess in a concrete block for a beam and two 132 mm holes: one in an apartment in Lasnamäe, the other drilled 1.1 m deep into limestone. The sawing photos show a cut opening in a concrete wall with support installed above it, a 2000 × 1000 mm doorway in a 120 mm concrete wall, and a doorway in an apartment in Paldiski.

Concrete floors

Flooring work ranges from large surfaces in production buildings to individual foundations. The factory floor in the photo received power troweling after pouring, which provides a harder and less dusty surface. The foundation for an outdoor kitchen represents the other end of the same work: a small surface, but with the same preparation, reinforcement, and pouring. The third photo shows a 900 m² floor in Harju County, the fourth a 35 m² floor in a private house garage.

Concrete elements and concrete modules

Here are four different items side by side. The concrete module for an air source heat pump is a custom-made component that is installed immediately on-site. An element with a brick surface demonstrates that the visible surface of an element can be patterned, not just smooth. The arched element shows that elements can also be large-scale and have more complex shapes. The step slabs at Rocca al Mare School are three slabs cast to measure, in front of the school entrance.

Bathroom demolition and construction

Bathroom projects range from demolition to finishing. The photos show the tiling of a toilet cistern housing, bathroom floor tiling, and kitchen wall tiling. Tiling is the final stage of these projects. Before that, plumbing and waterproofing are carried out; these are no longer visible in the finished room but determine whether the room will still be intact in ten years.

How these services are ordered

Most of these projects began with an email containing the location of the site, a few photos, and dimensions. A quote can already be prepared based on this information. If the job is larger or access is difficult, we visit the site beforehand and take the measurements ourselves. For smaller jobs, such as drilling a single opening, everything can usually be completed in one visit.

A more detailed description for each job is available on the services page, which lists the materials we work with and what information is needed to receive a quote. We prepare prices for each job individually, as they depend on the material, dimensions, and access.

Would you like similar work done? Send us the dimensions and a few photos, and we will send you a quote.
