Bathroom renovation from demolition to finishing. The same team handles demolition, waterproofing, and tiling, so there is no standstill between stages and no argument about who promised what.

What a bathroom renovation includes
- demolition of the old bathroom and removal of construction waste
- plumbing and electrical preparation
- leveling of walls and floors
- waterproofing
- tiling and grouting
- installation of sanitary ware and finishing
Waterproofing is the stage where mistakes are the most costly to fix later
The most critical areas are the floor-to-wall joints, corners, and the area around the drain, as these are where the layer often fails if the work is rushed. These areas are reinforced with tape. Waterproofing is applied before tiling, and it cannot be repaired after tiling without removing the tiles.

How the process works
We begin with an inspection and measurement. Based on this, we agree on what will be demolished, whether plumbing and electrical systems will be modified, and which materials will be used. This is followed by demolition and waste removal, then plumbing work and leveling, then waterproofing, tiling, and finally, sanitary ware installation and finishing.
Drying times are the only part of this process that cannot be rushed. Leveling compounds and waterproofing must dry before the next layer is applied.

How the price is determined
The price is determined by the size of the bathroom, the extent of demolition, plumbing and electrical changes, tile size and pattern complexity, and the chosen sanitary ware. Small tiles and complex patterns require more cutting and labor than large tiles in a straight layout. Send us the bathroom dimensions and a few photos of the current situation so we can provide a quote.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
The duration depends on the scope of work and the extent of plumbing modifications. Part of the time is spent on drying, which cannot be accelerated. We will agree on a schedule before the work begins.
Do you remove the old materials yourselves?
Yes, the removal of demolition waste is part of the job.
Do you also offer tiling only?
Yes, we do. Let us know what part you need, and we will review it.
Can new tiles be installed over old ones?
In some cases it is possible, but it is not a good idea in a bathroom because the condition of the waterproofing under the old tiles cannot be seen. If the waterproofing is damaged, the fault stays under the new tiles.
Can the existing plumbing be used?
If the plumbing is in good condition and the sanitary ware remains in the same location, it is often possible. If the layout changes, the plumbing will also change, and this must be factored into the price.
